Out Of The Cellar'
Out Of The Cellar (Awaiting Repress)First Time Audiophile Vinyl Release Of This 3X Platinum Metal Classic!
Mastered By Joe Reagoso At Friday Music And Capitol Mastering, Hollywood From The Original Atlantic Records Tapes
Ratt have been making very loud and credible heavy metal rock albums now for over three decades. The San Diego quintet built a local club following throughout the early eighties and flourished into a mega-platinum recording act for Atlantic Records with their debut smash recording Out of the Cellar.
The Out of the Cellar album features 10 hard hitting rock masterworks like their top charting hit singles Round and Round, Back for More and Wanted Man as well as a plethora of metal radio classics like The Morning After, She Wants Money, In Your Direction and the ever popular metal album closer Scene of the Crime.
Out of the Cellar was also a home run for their huge video audience, as Round and Round was an MTV smash
video hit and featured the antics of Stephen Pearcy's famous uncle the late great Milton Berle.
Featuring the dynamic vocals of Stephen Pearcy, the dual guitar attack of Warren DeMartini and Robbin Crosby, the blistering bass of Juan Croucier and the powerful drum work of Bobby Blotzer, Ratt's Out of the Cellar album is still the go to choice for many heavy metal fans as the band continues to be a major force in the music industry.
When Out of the Cellar was released in 1984, the compact disc and cassette were the dominant media of the day, as the original rare vinyl album release went on to become a highly priced collector's item chasing major bucks for a mint copy.
Relayer Friday Music is very pleased to announce another heavy metal classic with the debut top five, multimillion selling album Out of the Cellar by Ratt. Mastered from the original Atlantic Records tapes by Joe "Heavy Metal Kid" Reagoso (Deep Purple/Alice Cooper/UFO), this first time audiophile vinyl release will be one of the most anticipated
heavy metal audiophile releases this year.

Mrs. Jones' Cookies (Discontinued) (On Sale)Includes a CD quality digital download of the full album.
Empty Cellar Records presents the latest full-length platter by THE SANDWITCHES, Mrs. Jones' Cookies. San Francisco's Sandwitches have been plugging away at their craft for a couple magical years now, sprinkling their barbed, alluring electric folk briars across unsuspecting gardens in the Bay Area and beyond. Previous releases, such as the swampy ecstasy of How To Make Ambient Sadcake and last year's oceanic ouija board of an EP, Duck Duck Goose!, captured distinct sides of the trio. Mrs. Jones Cookies is here now to unify their uniquely whimsical and creepy vision. Mrs. Jones' Cookies pours Sadcake's plaintive bounce into Duck Ducks celestial, mysterious drift, spiking the mix with a side they've previously only hinted at: a playfulness, a comfort. It's the sound of a band at ease with unease. Even when they're plumbing the most desperate depths, there's an unforced confidence in the lonely plucking of guitarists HEIDI ALEXANDER and GRACE COOPER. The shared vocal duties are where these ladies truly and finally let loose. On 'Lightfoot' and single 'Summer Of Love,' drummer ROXY BRODEUR punches out lively, soul-flecked trots, as Grace and Heidi tickle the end of their high and low ranges, returning later to those highs and lows with extra force and bluster, shooting out the lights with aplomb. The Sandwitches live for moments like this, teasing the listener with deceptively simple backing, then letting fly with soaring vocal saltwater taffy that can be scary, cartoonish, or both. Then, of course, the girls backtrack on a dime and plant a mournful lullaby in your lap, as affecting and otherworldly as you'll ever hear and complete with a wandering flute. Features guest appearances from JAMES FINCH JR., SHAYDE SARTIN, and DIC STUSSO.1. In the Garden

IIModerat is a collaborative group comprised of artists Apparat and Modeselektor.II is their second album release, debut album was released in 2009.
Apparat and Modeselektor are both well known and highly respected in their own right. Modeselektor - Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary - are bass music heroes. Together with a veritable army of collaborators, guest artists and with their two labels Monkeytown and 50 Weapons, they have built a broad network. They assimilate and process the tiniest vibrations in the global bass continuum and at the same time, their wobbly salvos and their oblique sense of humour are unmistakable. They became known to a select audience through their records on BPitch Control with which they catapulted themselves out of the Berlin 4/4 cosmos, whilst simultaneously reflecting the raw and full-on spirit of the 1990s Berlin club scene.
Apparat (real name: Sascha Ring) could hardly be more opposite. He fuses tricky electronics with heartfelt and auspicious pop. Together with
T.Raumschmiere, he founded Shitkatapult. From early on, Apparat realised that the LP was his preferred form of expression. With each album, he reinvented himself on a personal, stylistic and social level: gradually bringing ever more strata of his emotional persona to light, exploring previously unknown musical styles and involving guest musicians in the process.
The secret of Modeselektor's and Apparat's collaboration lies in the fact that they never even tried to get close to one another. Modeselektor's thundering bass rumbles in the cellar, Apparat's sensitive and subtle melodies float high in the eaves. The fact that what one assumes to be incompatible actually communicates, is what makes Moderat so unique. Moderat is not just a studio project: they've toured all five continents.1.
