    This Path Tonight

This Path Tonight is the new studio album and collection of 10 songs from Graham Nash. Produced by Shane Fontayne, this is Nash's first solo record of new music in fourteen years. The title track, "This Path Tonight," is the debut single. Like the album, the song is one of reflection and transition of a singer-songwriter whose career (the Hollies, CSN, CSNY) has spanned more than five decades and counting. Graham Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriter Hall of Fame Inductee, GRAMMY ™ Award winner, and Officer of the Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)

    Crosby, Stills and Nash

Ranked 259/500 on Rolling Stone Magazine's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

One of the most enduring musical partnerships of our time, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN) are revered for their peerless vocal harmonies, inspired songwriting and musical virtuosity. When the trio first sang together at a friends Laurel Canyon house in 1968, their uncanny harmonic convergence was immediately apparent, and CSN took shape. Each member came to the new venture from other high-profile bands, Crosby from the Byrds, Stills from Buffalo Springfield and Nash from the Hollies, and together they formed that rarest of musical entities, a supergroup that lived up to its billing.

CSNs stunning 1969 self-titled debut album is one of the true masterpieces of the rock n roll canon. The album made it all the way to #6 on the Billboard charts and delivered two Top 40 Pop singles with Marrakesh Express and Suite: Judy Blue Eyes. Also features the CSN classics Guinnevere, Wooden Ships, Helplessly Hoping and Long Time Gone.

Crosby, Stills & Nash are a most important part of the brilliant history at Atlantic Records. The uniqueness of their vocal blend, as well as the uniqueness of each solo voice, made them the top vocal group in the world, and they are still today thrilling millions of fans they have accumulated over the years. Crosby Stills and Nash: Demos

12-Song Collection of Previously Unreleased Demos from 1968 to 1971 Offers a Behind-The-Scenes Glimpse at the Earliest Days of One of Rocks Most Legendary Partnerships!

After four decades as three together, the creative partnership of David Crosby, Stephen Stills, and Graham Nash is one of the most enduring and influential in contemporary music. This compilation of previously unreleased material takes an unprecedented look at the earliest days of their collaboration with 12 demos from 1968 to 1971 of destined-to-be-classic songs that would later be featured on CSNs studio albums and solo titles. While a number of demos feature members performing solo (and one finds them joined by Neil Young), the set opens with the trio harmonizing on Marrakesh Express, recorded four months before their self-titled debut LP was released in 1969. Other rarities include seminal takes on Almost Cut My Hair, Chicago, Long Time Gone, Love The One Youre With and DÉjà Vu.

The collection, produced by Graham Nash and Joel Bernstein, reaches as far back as 68 with Stills My Love Is A Gentle Thing, and also features his solo classic Love The One Youre With. Highlights include CSN harmonizing on a January 69 take on Marrakesh Express, Crosby and Stills on Long Time Gone, and Crosby and Nash joined by Neil Young on Music Is Love (a song later featured on Crosbys solo debut If I Could Only Remember My Name). Among the other highlights are three songs that would appear on Nashs solo debut, 1971s Songs For Beginners, including Chicago and Sleep Song, and Crosby performing unaccompanied on Almost Cut My Hair and DÉjà Vu.

On some of these songs you really hear us becoming a band, trying out different ideas in our songwriting and singing and harmonies. It really is a time capsule. Graham Nash

    Beat Group

Originally released in the U.S. in 1966, Beat Group! was the American cousin to the Hollies' British LP Would You Believe?. However, identical cousins they were not: Beat Group! boasts substantially altered musical content and completely different cover art. Led by the snap-jangle-pop of the smash single, I Cant Let Go, the album is a thrilling combination of originals and R&B covers ripped from their riotous live sets. Highlights include commanding versions of Buddy Holly's Take Your Time, Sam and Dave's I Take What I Want and the Otis Redding/O.V. Wright classic That's How Strong My Love Is. Original songs Hard Hard Year, Oriental Sadness and Fifi the Flea, along with Mersey Beat staples A Taste of Honey and Mr. Moonlight round out the disc.

Out of print for decades, this classic album is FINALLY available again. Sourced from the aurally awesome original U.K. mono master, this LP is pressed on pristine 180-gram vinyl per your turntables request. Get in the queue!

Perhaps the most undervalued band of the original British Invasion, The Hollies hits are well known in the U.S. but their early albums are almost impossible to find! Taking their name from Buddy Holly and modeling their harmonies on the Everly Brothers, the Hollies gathered these American musical ingredients and whipped them into a wholly-UKnique concoction. Forging their sound to the east of their Liverpool brothers-in-beat, this Manchester quintet had it all: the soaring vocals of Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks; Hicks cascading, arpeggio-laden licks on guitar and a hard-hitting rhythm section driven by drummer extraordinaire Bobby Elliot. On top of that, their keen ears for top quality songs, written by the premier songsmiths of the day like teenage wunderkind Graham Gouldman, Chip Wild Thing Taylor and the stellar in-house writing team of Clarke/Hicks/Nash, ensured that their albums were extraordinary from start to finish. In short, they were a band that exuded greatness on all fronts. Now, as that greatness has been acknowledged by their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Sundazed Music is proud to present meticulously restored vinyl editions of the rare U.S. mono versions of the Hollies third and fourth Imperial label albums, from 1966.

    Bus Stop

No rest for the Hollies in 1966! Hot on the heels of Beat Group!, Bus Stop rolled into U.S. record shops, right on schedule. Written by Gouldman, the title track became the bands first Top Ten U.S. single, peaking at #5, and featuring their bell-tone harmonies to perfection. In addition to the sparkling single, the album is packed with their renditions of contemporary hits like Simon and Garfunkel's I Am A Rock, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles' Mickey's Monkey' and the Fred Neil/Roy Orbison chestnut Candy Man. Self-penned songs We're Through, Don't Run and Hide and You Know He Did also shine brightly and prove there was no danger of covering up the band members writing skills. With this disc, the Hollies put the rock world on notice that they were the British Invasions most beat-filled battalion!

    Stephen Stills

With his 1970 self-titled solo debut, Stephen Stills, like his CSN&Y bandmates, decided to explore other musical avenues. Stills offers up his trademark Southern California folk-pop sound here while incorporating the Latin, swamp and blues influences that were just beginning to emerge in his songwriting. The London session allowed Stills to finally team up with Eric Clapton on the track Go Back Home and Jimi Hendrix, who died prior to the album's release, is notably featured on the track Old Times, Good Times. Other collaborators include John Sebastian, Rita Coolidge, David Crosby, Graham Nash and Cass Elliot. Features two of Stills' biggest hits with Love the One You're With and Sit Yourself Down.

    Judee Sill

Judee Sill's debut album (as well as the debut of the Asylum label) heralded a major new talent in the airy, contemporary folk world of the early '70s. The album employed the production skills of Sill's ex-husband Bob Harris, as well as ex-Turtle and ex-Leaves Jimmy Pons, and Graham Nash (on the album's sole single, 'Jesus Was s Crossmaker'). Judee Sill featured all original compositions, many of which relied on Sill's own brand of cosmological Christian imagery to make their point. By turns spare and lavishly orchestrated, there is still a cohesive feel to all of the album; her lyrics are exceptionally poetic and her voice is smooth enough to give every song a shimmery feel. The essence of the music is folk, the execution pop: the songs feel like a comfort blanket, a statement of hope from a troubled soul.

John B. Sebastian is the debut album by American singer/songwriter John Sebastian, previously best known as the co-founder and primary singer/songwriter of the 1960s folk-rock band the Lovin' Spoonful. The album, released in January 1970 includes several songs that would become staples of Sebastian's live performances during the early and mid-1970s. Most notably, the album included ''She's a Lady,'' Sebastian's first solo single, and an alternate version of ''I Had a Dream'' which was used to open the soundtrack album of the 1970 documentary film Woodstock.

John B. Sebastian also featured support performances by David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash several months before that trio agreed to work together as a performing unit.

John B. Sebastian would be the artist's most successful solo album, ultimately peaking at #20 on the U.S. Billboard pop albums chart.

Jim Keltner makes a special appearance on drums on Something Like Olivia. Born And Raised will be preceded by the country-tinged lead single Shadow Days.

Mayer's previous albums Room for Squares (2001), Heavier Things (2003), Continuum (2006) and Battle Studies (2009) have sold more than 12 million copies combined. He has been honored with seven Grammy Awards and an additional 11 nominations. Multiple Styles Displayed On Holly Cole's 1993 Sophomore Album

Mastered By Bernie Grundman From The Original Master Tapes

Plating And 200-Gram Vinyl Pressing By Quality Record Pressings!

Old-Style Gatefold Tip-On Jacket By Stoughton Printing

Holly Cole brings her own dimension to the tradition of cabaret, a strong voice that's still capable of nuance, an ear for quirky repertoire, and a light touch that keeps some of these performances floating just at the edge of irony.

On her second album, 1993's Don't Smoke in Bed, Cole explores varied musical styles, adding pop, blues, country and a French ballad to her standard, low-key jazz. It's a favorite of ours, which is why for this Analogue Productions reissue we've given it the reissue treatment it deserves. Bernie Grundman did the mastering, from the original analog tapes, at his Los Angeles studio, giving this release a spectacular foundation. Plating and pressing on 200-gram heavyweight vinyl was done by Gary Salstrom and crew at Quality Record Pressings, makers of the world's finest-sounding LPs. Lastly, we wrapped up the whole package in a premium gatefold tip-on jacket from Stoughton Printing. There's nothing but aces in this smokin' hot reissue and the quality shines through.

Holly's delivery of more traditional fare shines on Cole Porter's witty Get Out of Town and Kurt Weill's torchy Je Ne T'aime Pas, while she brings clarity, power, and anthemic passion to the surprising treatment of Johnny Nash's I Can See Clearly Now. She's generally well supported in this intimate set by pianist Aaron Davis and bassist David Piltch, while there's sparing and effective use of strings. There are fine guest spots by tenor saxophonist Joe Henderson, on Everyday Will Be Like a Holiday, and David Lindley, whose steel guitar contributes to the strange country music of Don't Let the Teardrops Rust Your Shining Heart.

    Hear! Here!

Hear! Here!, the Hollies second American album, was issued stateside in 1965 by Imperial Records. Its a reworkedand, for many listeners, improvedvariation on the original British LP known simply as Hollies, with the U.S. version adding the hits Look Through Any Window (the Hollies first American Top 40 single) and Im Alive. Hear! Here! finds the band members original compositions beginning to dominate the Hollies repertoire, with their songwriting skills shining on such standout tracks as Put Yourself in My Place, So Lonely and Ive Been Wrong. Elsewhere on the album, the groups interpretive skills shine through on Curtis Mayfields You Must Believe Me, Roy Orbisons Down the Line and Lloyd Prices Lawdy Miss Clawdy.

Of all the English bands who achieved international success during the first wave of the British Invasion, none combined youthful rock n roll energy with musical sophistication more compellingly than the Hollies. The Manchester quintet effortlessly combined the effervescent, Everly Brothers-inspired vocal harmonies of Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks with a muscular rhythm section driven by the brilliant drummer Bobby Elliott, creating one of their eras most beloved and enduring musical catalogs.

As was standard practice with British acts at the time, the Hollies early albums reached American shores in very different form than the versions that were released overseas, with alternate track listings and different cover art than their U.K. and European counterparts. Although these unique variants are the form in which millions of American fans first experienced these historic albums, they have been out of print for decades, and have long been obtainable only at inflated collectors prices.

    Here I Go Again

Released in America in 1964 by Imperial Records, Here I Go Again was the Hollies U.S. debut, and is rated by many fans as superior to its British counterpart, Stay with the Hollies. Here I Go Again offers an accurate representation of the Hollies early repertoire, comprised largely of distinctive covers of American R&B and rock n roll classics. In addition to the ultra-catchy title tune and their hit covers of Maurice Williams Stay and Doris Troys Just One Look, the album finds the Hollies applying their trademark style to such iconic numbers as Chuck Berrys Memphis, Little Richards Lucille and Arthur Alexanders You Better Move On.

American IV: The Man Comes Around

On first thought, the idea of the Man in Black recording such covers as Bridge over Troubled Water, Danny Boy, and The First Time Ever I Saw Your
Face might seem odd, even for an artist who's been able to put his personal stamp on just about everything. But American IV: The Man Comes Around,
which also draws on Cash's original songs as well as those by Nine Inch Nails (Hurt), Sting (I Hung My Head), and Depeche Mode (Personal Jesus),
may be one of the most autobiographical albums of the 70-year-old singer-songwriter's career. Nearly every tune seems chosen to afford the ailing giant
of popular music a chance to reflect on his life, and look ahead to what's around the corner. From the opening track--Cash's own The Man Comes
Around, filled with frightening images of Armageddon--the album, produced by Rick Rubin, advances a quiet power and pathos, built around spare
arrangements and unflinching honesty in performance and subject. In 15 songs, Cash moves through dark, haunted meditations on death and
destruction, poignant farewells, testaments to everlasting love, and hopeful salutes to redemption. He sounds as if he means every word, his baritonebass,
frequently frayed and ravaged, taking on a weary beauty. By the time he gets to the Beatles' In My Life, you'll very nearly cry. Go ahead. He
sounds as if he's about to, too. Unforgettable. --Alanna Nash

This is the fourth in a series of collaborations between the original Man in Black, Johnny Cash, and producer Rick Rubin. The Man Comes Around
features new Cash compositions as well as a diverse array of cover songs, including Nine Inch Nails Hurt, Hank Williams I'm So Lonesome I Could
Cry, and Paul Simon's Bridge Over Troubled Waters. He duets with Don Henley on Desperado.

Pointless Nostalgic (Pure Pleasure) (Awaiting Repress)

This is the sensational debut album by Jamie Cullum - the brightest young male singer/pianist on the block. Jamie Cullum has quickly become a household name after Candid Records launched Jamie with the original, award winning hit album Pointless Nostalgic. A caustic blend of hip, catchy originals, contemporary covers and standards, Pointless Nostalgic went straight to the top of the charts and demanded attention.

Barely in his twenties, Cullum has a wise old rasp that usually takes decades of chain-smoking to acquire. Cullum's move to mix jazz standards, American songbook classics, and contemporary popular music was a risky one that could easily isolate fans of each genre. However, Cullum managed to find a unifying thread in all of the styles, tying them together in a manner that seemed like the natural culmination of a diverse record collection. Jazz plays heaviest in the mix, but Cullum's version of it is lively and roguish. A rock & roll spirit among erstwhile snobs, he brings blue jeans to the beret set.

Highlights come courtesy of Cullum's diverse and well-chosen array of cover songs. While so many Harry Connick, Jr. wannabes stick to the standards and limply mimic moves lifted from Frank Sinatra's catalog, Cullum hops from Radiohead to Thelonious Monk with equal verve and accomplishment. Closing number I Want To Be A Popstar is a playful rumination on the advantages of being a pop star rather than a jazz key pounder. The mischievous romp exemplifies the lighthearted approach that has become Cullum's calling card, endearing him to jazzophiles and screaming young girls alike.

    About Pure Pleasure

At the beginning of the 90s, in the early days of audiophile vinyl re-releases, the situation was fairly straightforward. Companies such as DCC, Mobile Fidelity, Classic Records and, of course, Pure Pleasure all maintained a mutual, unwritten ethical code: we would only use analogue tapes to manufacture records.

During the course of the present vinyl hype, many others have jumped on the bandwagon in the hope of securing a corner of the market. Very often they are not so ethical and use every imaginable source to master from: CDs, LPs, digital files, MP3s - or employed existent tools from the 80s and 90s for manufacturing.

A digital delay is gladly used when cutting a lacquer disc because tape machines with an analogue delay have become quite rare and are therefore expensive. When cutting the lacquer, the audio signal is delayed by one LP revolution against the signal, which controls the cutter head, and for this a digital delay is very often employed. Of course, the resultant sound signal is completely digital and thus only as good as this delay.

We should like to emphasize that Pure Pleasure Records on principle only uses the original master tape as the basis for the entirely analogue cutting of lacquer discs. In addition, the pressing tool is newly manufactured as a matter of principle.

We only employ existing tools for manufacturing if an improved result is not forthcoming, e.g. the title Elvis Is Back, which was mastered by Steve Hoffman and Kevin Gray, or several titles from our Philips Classics series, which in any case Willem Makkee cut from the original masters at the Emil Berliner Studios in the 90s. It goes without saying that we only used the mother and that new tools were made for our production.

To put it in a nutshell: we can ensure you that our releases are free from any kind of digital effects and that the lacquer discs are newly cut.
