    Fidlar

Fidlar's debut album was recorded in the band's home studio, and it shows how the surf punk group have, in their words, done their homework on punk rock, citing influences like the Germs and Black Flag. Fidlar's LP, however, is apparently surfier, faster, more fuzzed-out, more personal and a lot more drunk.

    Too (Colored Vinyl)

Pressed On White/Rainbow Splatter Colored Vinyl

Produced by Jay Joyce, FIDLAR's Too was recorded in Nashville over the span of just two weeks. The 12-song collection of pop-infused garage rock expands on the band's 2013 self-titled album that put them at the forefront of modern punk music. The new album showcases a band that continues to fine-tune its sonic approach while also highlighting a more introspective and revelatory approach to songwriting. It also marks the first time the band has worked with a producer.

"We could have made record number one again but instead we decided to challenge ourselves and admit that we don't know everything," said guitarist and lead vocalist Zac Carper. "Up until this point we had recorded everything ourselves, so working with a producer taught us so much. I didn't want to make a standard rock record. The goal for this album was to think outside the box and I think Jay really helped us do that."

Together PANGEA began with lead singer-songwriter William Keegan recording songs on a 4-track tape machine as a teenager. The band truly began to
take shape when Danny Bengston joined on bass, Erik Jimenez on drums and later Cory Hanson on lead guitar. They began performing at CalArts and
house parties in the Santa Clarita valley in 2008, soon venturing to house shows and DIY spaces throughout the West Coast. These initial grassroots
tours were followed by shows at iconic LA venues such as The Echo, Echoplex, the Troubadour and The Roxy, as well as trips to Austin for SXSW. Their
debut recording was 2010's cassette-only Jelly Jam, released by Seattle-based label Lost Sound Tapes. Their second album Living Dummy was coreleased
on LP in the summer of 2011 by Burger Records and The Smell's label Olfactory. Living Dummy was followed up by the Killer Dreams EP in
early 2012. Pangea have played shows with Wavves, The Black Lips, FIDLAR, Ty Segall, Mikal Cronin, King Kahn and the Shrines, Nobunny, Redd
Kross, Guitar Wolf, The Strange Boys, and many more. Now signed to Harvest Records, together PANGEA released their 7-inch, "Snakedog", in August
    2013.

    Too (Awaiting Repress)

Don't call it a comeback. FIDLAR announced today that they will release their second full length album, Too, via Mom + Pop Music.

Produced by Jay Joyce, Too was recorded in Nashville over the span of just two weeks.

In addition to the album announcement, FIDLAR provided a taste into what can be expected from Too, with a music video for the album's leading track and first single 40oz. On Repeat. Directed by Ryan Baxley, the must-watch video is a hilarious "Be Kind Rewind" tribute to past music video masterpieces, sure to conjure loving nostalgia for anyone who came of age during the glory years of MTV's afternoon video countdown show Total Request Live. "In the late 90s and early 2000s, music videos were such a huge deal," adds Carper. "We decided that instead of making one overly slick music video, we would nod to 15 of our favorite music videos that we grew up with. Everyone in the band threw in their ideas."

    Cheatahs

After a March/April national US tour supporting Wavves and Fidlar, and in between a smattering of UK/European summer shows that included a performance at the Primavera Festival and touring with Metz -- London based, Cheatahs headed home to finish their self titled debut album. Featuring the anthemic, "The Swan" (an altered take from the EP version), "Cut the Grass", which premiered on the AV Club in august (" crunchy textures with dreamy melodies and wispy vocal harmonies") and "Fall", a track that premiered on pitchfork in march and was quickly declared a " catchy-as-f*ck soaring-guitar anthem" by Stereogum. The booming track, Get Tight will premiere early January 2014.

    Free To Eat

Plague Vendor are from Whittier, CA. They make garage-style punk reminiscent of
Gun Club or Grinderman and manifests most recently in bands like The Black Lips,
FIDLAR, Iceage, and Ty Segall. Guitar, bass and drums, and a kinetic frontman, channeling his inner Nick Cave and willing to spill a little blood for your entertainment.
Signed to Epitaph after some impressive live shows and a near perfect demo, Plague
Vendor release their debut full length, Free to Eat, this April. Plague Vendor's snarling
guitars and high energy sets will make young music fans who have never heard of the
bands mentioned above fully engaged in Plague Vendor's infectious second wave of

    The Bronx (V) (Pre-Order)

V, the 5th album by LA punk band The Bronx, was produced by Rob Schnapf (Elliott Smith, Beck, FIDLAR), and follows the band's alter-ego's 2014 album Mariachi El Bronx III. Guitarist Joby Ford says of V: 'It has the angst and social commentary that has characterized us from the beginning, only now the angst is aimed at more than just superficial things and the social commentary is directed at more than just people who like different music than us.' If it sounds like they've grown up, fear not - Bronx V is every bit as ferocious and hard-hitting as previous albums and filled with enough aggression to demolish a small house.
